Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask
How much does a construction porta potty cost?
Most standard job-site units fall between $150 and $225 for 28 days with weekly service. Your quote depends on location, service frequency and how many units you need.
Is service included?
Yes. Every rental includes weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking. Extra service visits are available.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually within 2–3 business days, and often sooner in Palm Coast and Flagler County.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Rentals run in 28-day cycles and you can call for pickup anytime.
How many porta potties does my site need?
Florida requires 1 restroom for up to 10 workers, plus 1 more for every additional 10, assuming weekly service. Service twice a week and you can halve that number. Our calculator does the math.
Can units be shared between lots?
Yes. Under Florida rules, a contractor's neighboring sites count as one site, and a unit can serve any site within 300 feet.
How fast can you deliver to a new lot?
Usually within 2–3 business days of your request, often sooner. Send addresses in batches to keep your schedule tight.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Builders with multiple active lots get account pricing. Tell us your monthly start volume in the quote.
Can you move a unit mid-rental?
Yes. Tell us the new location and we'll relocate it on the next service visit or sooner if needed.
Does OSHA also have a rule?
Yes. OSHA 1926.51 requires toilets on construction sites based on the number of employees, and also requires hand-washing facilities. Florida's table is the one inspectors use most often for portable restrooms.
Does the count include subcontractors?
Yes. Count everyone working on site at peak, not just your own crew.
