Dirty Work Porta Potties

Construction porta potty rental for commercial and multi-trade sites

Your schedule doesn't care whether the toilet got serviced. We make sure it did. Dirty Work sets up standard units, ADA units, hand-wash stations and holding tanks for general contractors across Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns, on a service schedule that keeps counts compliant.

What a typical site gets

  • Standard units sized to your peak crew, per the Florida table
  • At least one ADA unit on public or government work
  • Hand-wash stations at one per ten units, and anywhere food is on site
  • Holding tanks for site offices and trailers
  • Weekly service, or twice weekly to cut the unit count in half

Service that actually happens

Every unit is pumped, cleaned, restocked and logged on a set day. Need a unit moved, an extra service before an inspection, or a swap after a rough week? Call or text once and it's scheduled.

Billing that works for contractors

One account for every site you run, a single monthly invoice and PO numbers on request. Add or pull units as phases change with no new paperwork.

Questions we hear a lot

How many porta potties does my site need?

Florida requires 1 restroom for up to 10 workers, plus 1 more for every additional 10, assuming weekly service. Service twice a week and you can halve that number. Our calculator does the math.

Can units be shared between lots?

Yes. Under Florida rules, a contractor's neighboring sites count as one site, and a unit can serve any site within 300 feet.
